We ship with UPS and USPS. We ship at a flatrate since Nail Polish must be shipped via ground. Shipping is complementary on orders of $50+.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if all original packaging is fully intact and in a resellable condition, if you received the wrong item, or if a product’s primary packaging was broken by a shipping carrier.
