International Shipping:
Orders typically process and ship within 1-3 business days. Orders may take 10-14 business days to arrive pending clearance in your country. Please ensure the correct email address and phone number are included at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding shipping and tracking information.
International orders ship via DHL International.
Orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. may be required tax and duty payments upon delivery. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursed by Emilie Heathe.

Lost Packages:
Please select Route Package Protection at checkout to insure your order. Without this package protection, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your order after it has been shipped, please contact USPS for assistance.
