The Hand Cream in Violet + Ambrette gets its dreamy scent from violet leaf and ambrette seed. Violet leaf is commonly used in aromatherapy for reducing anxiety. As part of the middle note, the heart of a fragrance, violet leaf is a green note that provides a calming effect for its user. Ambrette seed is a sweet, earthy, floral fragrance and it’s the top note of our scented hand cream. Its grounding aroma can help manage fatigue, depression, and other stress-related conditions.
Sunflower seed oil is rich in vitamin E and linoleic acid. Together these two components make sunflower seed oil great at protecting and moisturizing the skin. Studies have shown that vitamin E protects the skin from UV induced damage. Linoleic acid is easily absorbed into the skin and delivers instant moisture and plumpness. Sunflower seed oil works with other key ingredients such as aloe leaf extract and algae to reduce the signs of aging and hydrate the skin.
